Hi, can someone please suggest a good brand of SAM-e in Australia?? I have been looking around and am concerned that quality will be a big issue when choosing a brand.

Hi,
Most AD supplements in Australia are quite expensive, and the range is limited. I attribute that to the TGA and their control of the market.
I order all of my supplements from O/S (USA). Expect to pay US $20 for each delivery. Have a look at www.vitaglo.com and www.virtuvites.com
All the best,
John

I am trying the MoodLift variety. Will let you know how it goes.
You could always try ordering from O/Seas. These guys sell the real prescription version: http://www.antiaging-systems.com/iasstore/acatalog/same.html
Or there are a few brands available here also: http://www.vitacost.com/

How did the MoodLift variety go?
I am swapping from SJW to SAMe next week after being on SJW for about 3 months (thought I'd just swapt to compare results). I'm also in Australia and am a bit confused about which product to use - every Chemist I ask at seems to offer different advice. I've got some Bio-Organics Forte 400 from a friend to try but don't know which brand I should use long term. Trial and error the only option?
Also, whats the difference between the brands on the website links given in the post above and the brands avail. over the counter in Aust?
