Hi,

I just started taking SJW and got some capsules from Superdrug, UK. It says on the the front 340mg, concentrated extract of Hypericum perforatum, and to take one a day, but have since seen info on this site saying 900mg is more like the correct dosage. Any advice anyone?

i live in the uk i use pure fill sjw as u dont know what ohter ingredients they have in some brands .i use bio health products as i know they are 100 percent pure i take them 3 times a day the capsule are 300mg hope this was helpfull daisychain

I have also started taking it ! but havent a clue how much as I have fatigue and dont want SJW to give me more fatigue
