Does anyone know the brand Solaray ? or uses it ?
It's an american brand.
I started taking it a month and a half ago and I find it rather effective, even though I started with a low dosage...

It is now 8 days since I have started on Solaray SJW. I have no noticable relife from my depression as of yet. I do understand it can take 2-4 weeks, maybe a little longer. I have major deppression and am on appeal to get state insurence to be able to afford ssri's. I would rather take sjw becase the side affects do affect me. Keeping my fingers crossed. Jim Hibbard

I just started using Solaray, once daily. It is 900mg I just started to take it today. I will post how it seems to work for me. I am just glad to see someone started this post. Jim

I take the 300mg daily, and it's made a big change in my life ! But I take it before going to bed rather than with my breakfast, because I noticed it made me feel rather tired.

I noticed the same thing. I'm starting to take it at bed also. i'm taking one during the day and one at bed. I might just start taking only at bed. Mine is also 300 mg. Let me know how it works for you. I will try Solaray next time.
