hi
i have been taking anti depressants for over 7 years. think i have tried them all and now the doc says he thinks i am medication resistant. so whats the point of carrying on with the citalopram. i have tried to stop before but get terrible withdrawal effects.

do you think it would help if i reduced the citalopram and gradually introduced 5htp. i want to get onto something natural im sure all these meds have messed my body and head up!!

I stopped Wellbutrin cold and started with 5htp.

Worked for me.

5htp is almost instant in how it functions.

how much 5htp do you take? have you had any side effects. how long have you been taking it? questions questions!!!
