I took a long break due to the grogginess and hunger associated with SJW for me. But lately I've been extremely down, to the extent that grogginess/hunger would be better to deal with than suicidal feelings.

So here I am -- this time with capsules of Saint John's Wort extract, 300 mgs, and also high quality fish oil.

Inevitably I start feeling low motivation on this stuff, while also feeling less depressed.
