I have been studying and using vitamins and herbs for many years and there is one thing I found out that was good and I want to pass it along. When it came to usng herbs, the formula that used the complete plant and not an extraction from the plant worked ten times better for me. I have been treated for Panic Attacks/OCD with SSRI medications for along time and because of horrible side effects I had sense enough to finnaly get off of them and relized I needed an herb to help me conquer this OCD/Panic problem. In my opinion the brand 'New Chapter'is the only one who uses the complete plant when making their SJW so I ordered their Serofn SJW without even considering other brands because I have had good expericence using their other herbs. I have just started using it about a week ago and I will keep posted on here exactly how I feel while using it.
