Hello,
I hope someone can help me out here. I have been getting light headed all the time for the last few years. Some days aren't as bad as others. I just want to feel normal. Sometimes they are so bad I feel like I might pass out. Then I get scared. I never have passed out from these though. Although some days it seems to be all day and night. About a month ago I was having heart palpitations for about a week. They have now stopped. I had an EKG done and a 24 hour holter monitor. My doctor said they saw all the palpitations but they are not anything to be concerned about. If they came back they could give me medicine to releive them. I am just worried that the light headedness could be something serious. It causes me to get over worried. I don't know if it is stress related or what. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone gone through the same thing. Thanks.
