I do suffer from the "Winter Blues". Well I can say did..
I found my way to deal with it the best I can

I recommend to many out here to try light therapy. The brain needs light..It is essesntial and without, causes normally depression and lower seratonin levels.

Also add some Vit D3 (1000IU) as body needs in winter..

I sit 30-45 minutes in the AM and PM, next to a very intense light lamp and simulates the sun the brain needs.

I also excercise daily and take high quality "Special Two" multi vitamins from NOW Foods..They are the best..Has Vitamin D3, Selenium, B6,B12, Magnesium and tons more.. (many of these are added to Aymoryn).I also take their St.Johns Wort (300mg)

Vitamins, especially the Bs, in the above dosages have been known to cause nerve damge when taken over long periods and in high dosages. Be informed and Be wary.
