hello,
i have been doing a lot of research into using St. John's Wort to alleviate a case of mild depression and have been fairly overwhelmed with the amount of brand choices availabe. i have read over nearly every topic posted on the 'brands' section of this site, but have been unable to come to a solid conclusion. i am leaning towards trying the 'Perika' brand because it seems to be a fairly popular one. I wanted to ask however:
1. has anyone tried the Vitamin Shoppe brand of SJW?
2. and also, any brand recommendations would be much appreciated.
