The three main research grades of SJW appear to be Kira, Perika, and HBC Protocols.

I remember reading that the difference between Kira & Perika was something to do with the standardisation of some element of SJW (can't remember what!)

Does anyone know if contents and production of the brand HBC Protocols mean it is more similar to Kira or to Perika?
