1st time experimenting with SJW previously taken AD's in the past but disliked the various side effects.

I am now once again experiencing sleep disorders and low moods.

Reading various discussions I gather that some brands of SJW do not work as well as others.

I have just bought Holland & Barrett 300mg. Are these any good?

Any recommendations? Ive just read Perika or Kira may be good? Whats worked for you?

Thanks for the advice.

That site is very slow to negotiate. Is it yours? I have 2meg broadband and it slowly finds the pages.

Good price but I am from the UK and they do not offer overseas shipping (or as the site calls it sipping)
